| The bidder shall be a legally registered firm/company or an authorized business entity engaged in the supply of IT equipment, computers, printers, or related products. | |
| The bidder shall possess a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and, where applicable, valid General Sales Tax (GST) registration. | |
| The bidder shall submit a valid quotation on its official letterhead, clearly specifying the printer's make, model, country of origin, unit price, applicable taxes, and total price. The offered printer shall comply with all the required technical specifications. The bidder shall provide the manufacturer's datasheet, official product brochure, or equivalent documentary evidence for verification. | |
| The bidder shall ensure that the supplied printers are brand-new, unused, genuine, and free from defects. Refurbished, reconditioned, or used equipment shall not be accepted.The bidder shall provide a one-year comprehensive warranty covering free replacement of parts and labour of defective components, without additional cost. | |
| The bidder shall submit an undertaking that it has not been blacklisted or debarred by any competent authority, as applicable. | |
| The successful bidder shall supply the printers with all standard accessories, drivers, cables (Power, Type-A to Type-B or etc) and toner cartridges required for normal operation. | |
