All LPG gas cylinders shall be collected by the vendor from each office location and returned to the same office after refilling within timeline i.e. Beat-02 (Kharrapa), Beat-03 (Daud Khel), Beat-05 (Essa Khel). ii. The cylinders shall be handled carefully at all times to avoid any damage, dents, leakage, or other physical deterioration. iii. The vendor shall remain responsible for the safe custody and condition of the cylinders during transportation and refilling.
