| 4. The CUI reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities, as per applicable rules and requirements. The CUI shall not bear any cost whatsoever relating to the manufacture, transportation, delivery, or any other expense associated with the submission of samples.(Where samples are required). In case of any dispute arising in connection with the matter, the decision of the Rector/In-Charge Campus, CUI, shall be considered final and binding. | |

The participating bidder shall provide/attach separate and valid proof/documents of FBR GSTN (GST Registration Number) and FBR NTN (National Tax Number), along with their updated status/position separately. In case of non-compliance, failure to provide the required documents, or submission of invalid/outdated information, the bidder shall be declared Non-Responsive/Disqualified. | |
