In case of any dispute arising in connection with the matter, the decision of the Rector/In-Charge Campus, CUI, shall be considered final and binding. | |
| 5. The procurement method/mode is on a lot basis; however, the participating bidder should be required to provide an item-wise price breakup (Quotation on letter head) in PKR for each quoted item at the time of uploading. And it is mandatory. | |

The participating bidder shall provide/attach separate and valid proof/documents of FBR GSTN (GST Registration Number) and FBR NTN (National Tax Number), along with their updated status/position separately. In case of non-compliance, failure to provide the required documents, or submission of invalid/outdated information, the bidder shall be declared Non-Responsive/Disqualified. | |
