| • Valid Quotation of the required Item / Brand / Model must be attached with relevant requirement along with Unit Price and All Applicable Taxes and (01) One Year of comprehensive Brand Local Warranty. Delivery of Item must be within 03 / 04 working days from the date of issuance of Purchase order. • Payment Term will be at least 30 working days after delivery of item and submission of Delivery Challan and Original Invoice. | |
| • Item should be as per given specification. HSA will increase or decrees the item quantity as per requirement under the rules. The supplied items shall be inspected by the HSA IT Team upon delivery. Any item that does not meet the required specifications or approved standards shall be rejected immediately. • The vendor will deliver, install, and ensure the item is fully operational at the Health Services Academy. • bids other then the prescribed specifications will not be entertained. | |
