| Cerificiate to be provided by the bidder for having widest distribution network and circulation of 19-liter drinking water bottles across the Twin Cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi | |
| The bidder should have suitable transportation and handling arrangements to maintain the quality and hygiene ofthe bottles during delivery. (certificate) | |
| The bidder shall comply with a botteled water quality standrdrs of Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority ( PS4639) | |
| The bidder shall provide the breakup of quoted price (initial supply 20 No. & sbsequent refills) inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties , levies , statutory charges (PST/GST) etc as per PPRA EPADS v2. | |
| Payment shall be made to the bidder on a monthly basis against the submission of invoices, based on the actual quantity of water bottles supplied and refilled during the respective month. | |
| The bidder shall supply the contractual quantity in piecemeal on need basis (weekly basis )during currency of contract period of nine (09) months (Acceptance Certificate) | |
| The bidder has completed at least two (2) similar contracts during the last three (3) years in the supply and delivery of bottled drinking water/refilling services to government departments, public-sector organizations,NGOs, private companies, or other reputable institutions.(Attach Supply orders/ contract) | |
