| The bidder shall submit copies of Purchase Orders issued by their clients in 2025 & 2026 in favour of the bidder, demonstrating experience in the supply of I.T. equipment. Purchase Orders pertaining to computer stationery, consumables, or computer accessories shall not be considered for this requirement. | |
| Bidder must submit the following on its signed and stamped letterhead: 1. Detailed specifications of the proposed laptop. 2. Office or branch address in RWP/ISB. 3. Clearly specify local comprehensive warranty period and bidder is responsible for fulfilling it. 4. Price bid validity of 30 days or more. 5. Undertaking that the firm is not blacklisted or involved in any eligibility-affecting litigation. 6. Confirmation of understanding and accepting all TORs in the advertisement. | |
| The successful bidder shall, either personally or through an authorized representative, be responsible for carrying out all activities relating to physical inspection, testing, repair, replacement, and warranty support at the office of the Procuring Agency, at no additional cost. To ensure prompt after-sales service, bidders are preferably expected to have an established office, branch or service outlet in Rawalpindi / Islamabad. | |
| Upon issuance of the Purchase Order, the successful (lowest evaluated) bidder shall deliver (at its own cost) the specified laptop(s) to the office of the Procuring Agency and conduct physical testing and demonstration in the presence of the Procuring Agency's authorized representatives. | |
| The laptop(s) shall be subject to inspection and verification to ensure full compliance with the prescribed technical specifications and performance requirements. Acceptance of the laptop(s) shall be contingent upon the successful completion of the testing and verification process. Any laptop found non-compliant during testing shall be replaced or rectified by the bidder at no additional cost to the Procuring Agency, within the timeframe specified by the Procuring Agency. | |
| 1. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations in light of PPRA rules. 2. The purchase order shall be issued to the lowest bidder subject to full filling specifications of item(s).3. Item(s) should have at least one year comprehensive local verifiable warranty or preferably as offered by the MAKE / BRAND and be clearly mentioned in the bid that bidder is responsible for fulfilling warranty. | |
| 4. Rates to be quoted in Pak Rupees and shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes. 5. In case a better/higher model is available in the market in this period at same price, the supplier may supply it.6. Taxes will be deducted from the payment as per rules in vogue. 7. The rates and prices shall remain valid / fixed for a period of 30 days or above. | |
| 8. Payment will be made digitally into official account of the successful bidder on completion of task as per satisfaction of the procurement agency. No interim payment will be entertained.10.
