Eligibility Criteria Document
Upload the complete technical specification sheets for all quoted items, clearly specifying the make, model, and complete specifications of each item. Optional bidding is not allowed; quote only the brand you intend to supply. Incomplete or ambiguous technical sheets without the make and model will not be considered.
The bidding requirement specifies that bidders must have a registered office in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. If the bidder's head office is located outside these cities, they must provide a letterhead showing their office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi with the proper address , address without letter head will not be accepted
The bidders are required to survey market before quoting the items to avoid delay in delivery process. The procuring Agency will not accept other brand or items as equivalent than the quoting items by the firm due to non-availability in the market
Bidders are required to deliver the items before 3:00 PM on October 13, 2026. A Delivery Compliance Statement must be submitted on company letter head along. All bidders are expected to adhere strictly to the compliance statement in a professional manner. Failure to deliver on time may negatively impact the bidder's reputation and perceived professionalism
The firm must provide a valid drug licence issued by the Federal or Provincial Government. The licence must have a valid registration and must not be expired.
The firm must have supplyied surgical items ,medicine to Governmnet ,& autonomous body . attached the proof of 02 supply in surgical items ,medicines separate government departments in the from of Purchase Order, Contracts etc.
The firm must provide on letter head a warranty of one year and an expiry period of surgical items of at least one year, where applicable
