In case of discrepancy found in grand total amount mentioned in the company letter head with that of mentioned over EPADS tab, CUI Lahore reserves the right to either accept the price quoted over EPADS tab or reject the offer. | |
| Bidders are required to visit the CUI-Lahore Campus and physically inspect the samples of all items before submitting their bids to ensure a clear understanding of the required quality, specifications, design, and workmanship. Attendance of the visiting bidders shall be duly recorded by CUI-Lahore Campus as evidence of the mandatory sample inspection. Any bidder who submits/quotes rates without visiting the Campus and inspecting the required samples shall be declared ineligible. | |
