| Failure to provide satisfactory documentary evidence of at least two (02) completed similar works shall render the bidder technically non-compliant. | |
| 100% payment shall be made after completion of the entire work, successful testing and commissioning, submission of all required documentation/test reports, rectification of any deficiencies, and final acceptance of the completed work by PSPC's authorized representative. | |
| The contractor shall complete the entire work, including testing, commissioning, rectification and handover, within 01 month from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order | |
