1- Only those firms quotations will be accepted that are pre-qualified with this Sector MT Branch.2- Delivery is required at LHQ N5C1, office Maraka Lahore.3- Delivered items will only be accepted if approved by committee.4- If items not delivered within 15 days after issuance of Work/Purchase Order, late delivery charges @.2% per week upto 20% of total value of purchase order.5- In case of no delivery items may be purchased at risk and cost of supplier, legal action may also be initiated
