The bidder must be a registered firm with valid NTN and GST, having at least three years’ experience in UPS repair and battery replacement works. Evidence of two similar completed projects must be provided. The firm must have qualified electrical technicians and required testing tools. An affidavit of non-blacklisting and written undertaking for completion within 3 days and warranty support are mandatory.
