REQUEST FOR EXTENSION IN BID CLOSING DATE - EXPLORATION STUDIES OF 04 PLACER GOLD BLOCKS (APG-1, APG-02, APG-04 AND APG-5) IN DISTRICT ATTOCK

Dear Sir,

Referring to the above-mentioned project, we have carefully reviewed the tender document, we have found that the time allocated for the preparation and submission of the tender bid is quite limited.

In particular, additional time is needed to arrange the required bid bond and finalize necessary documentation in compliance with the tender terms.

In light of this, we respectfully request an extension of the bid closing date by a minimum of fifteen (15) days to allow us to complete all necessary preparations and submit a fully compliant and competitive proposal.

Your earliest response in this concern shall highly be appreciated.
