Subject: Auction of Vehicle/Motorcycle

INVITATION TO e-BIDS THROUGHT EPADS v2.0 FOR DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC ASSESTS

Election Commission of Pakistan (Election Commission of Pakistan), invites electronic bids of -- from interested firms / companies Individual / Individual Consultant, Sole Proprietorship, Company (Private Limited), Company (Public Limited), State Owned Enterprise (Private Limited), for e-Auction of Auction of Vehicle/Motorcycle on as is where is basis. The bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must be on Active Taxpayer List. (Requirement of PEC registration may be added in case of disposal of civil, electrical, or mechanical works).

2. e-bidding documents as per Disposal of Public Assets Regulations-2024, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/, and may be searched by using Disposal Activity ID No. D9548.

3. Manual bids shall not be accepted. The bidders shall participate on-line in e-Auction through their EPADS v2.0 accounts. The e-Auction shall remain open till Monday, March 2, 2026 10:00 AM, and will be reviewed and evaluated on-line on the same day at Monday, March 2, 2026 12:00 PM. The bidders shall have the opportunity to increase their offers multiple times till the closing time taht is Monday, March 2, 2026 10:00 AM, after which the bidder with the highest offeror will be automatically selected by EPADS v2.0 as the winner...
