Subject: TENDER No.13 - Disposal of Station Battery Cells Off-Size, Miscellaneous Iron Plastic and Wooden Scrap and Tyres Off Sizes
INVITATION TO e-BIDS THROUGHT EPADS v2.0 FOR DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC ASSESTS
500kV Grid Station, Chakbeli Mor, Rawat (Manager Asset Management Circle National Grid Company (NGC-North) Rawat), invites electronic bids of Single Stage One Envelope from interested firms / companies (Any) for disposal of TENDER No.13 - Disposal of Station Battery Cells Off-Size, Miscellaneous Iron Plastic and Wooden Scrap and Tyres Off Sizes on as is where is basis. The bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must be on Active Taxpayer List. (Requirement of PEC registration may be added in case of disposal of civil, electrical, or mechanical works).
2. e-bidding documents as per Disposal of Public Assets Regulations-2024, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/, and may be searched by using Disposal Activity ID No. D10942.
3. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, October 20, 2026 11:00 AM, and will be opened on-line on the same day at Tuesday, October 20, 2026 11:30 AM. The participated bidders shall be automatically notified by EPADS v2.0 regarding the preliminary results of e-Disposal proceeding, after which final results will be notified in due course as per bidding documents.
Note: Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted in terms of Regulation No. 26 is provided on EPADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/ and on Procuring Agency’s website (if available).

| Bid Security / Earnest Money equal to the specified amount shall be uploaded electronically on EPADS v2.0, and submitted in original (Pay Order / Bank Draft) in favor of Miscellaneous Receipt Collection Account in the office of Sr. Manager, 500kV Grid Station, Rawat before the closing date and time. Bids without valid bid security shall be rejected as non-responsive. | |

| National Grid Company of Pakistan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance, in accordance with Rule 33 of PPRA Rules, without assigning any reason. | |

| The auctioned material will have to be collected by the successful bidder purely on the basis of “AS IS WHERE IS”. | |
| After the Final Approval/ issuance of Letter of Acceptance, remaining amount is to be deposited within 21 working days. In case of failure to deposit the balance amount within due date, the bid will be deemed cancelled and CDR amount will be forfeited. | |
| All the material from the site will be removed within 21 working days after issuing of Release Order and strictly during working hours only. | |
