INVITATION TO e-BIDS THROUGHT EPADS v2.0 FOR DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC ASSESTS
National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) (National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA)), invites electronic bids of -- from interested firms / companies Individual / Individual Consultant, Sole Proprietorship, Partnership Firm, Company (Private Limited), Company (Public Limited), State Owned Enterprise (Private Limited), State Owned Enterprise (Public Limited), for e-Auction of Auction of Faulty / Non-serviceable / Beyond Economic Repair Computer / IT Items / Equipment on as is where is basis. The bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must be on Active Taxpayer List. (Requirement of PEC registration may be added in case of disposal of civil, electrical, or mechanical works).
2. e-bidding documents as per Disposal of Public Assets Regulations-2024, containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements etc. are available for the registered bidders on EPADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/, and may be searched by using Disposal Activity ID No. D10933.
3. Manual bids shall not be accepted. The bidders shall participate on-line in e-Auction through their EPADS v2.0 accounts. The e-Auction shall remain open till Thursday, October 15, 2026 11:00 AM, and will be reviewed and evaluated on-line on the same day at Thursday, October 15, 2026 12:00 PM. The bidders shall have the opportunity to increase their offers multiple times till the closing time taht is Thursday, October 15, 2026 11:00 AM, after which the bidder with the highest offeror will be automatically selected by EPADS v2.0 as the winner...

| The Successful Bidder will pay all Government taxes what so ever admissible (GST and Withholding Tax etc) as per prevailing Govt. rules over and above accepted auction price. | |
| No partial offer for items in each category/Lot shall be given (where applicable). In such case bid will be rejected. The bidder has to offer against complete category/Lot. | |
| Items can be checked/inspected on working days at NADRA Stores (Plot 1) near Wadan CNG, Achini Chowk, Ring Road, Peshawar during office hours (10:00 AM to 04:00 PM). | |
| On completion of Auction process, the successful bidder shall deposit 25% of the total bid amount in the NADRA's Bank Account either through direct bank transfer or cash deposit in NADRA RHO Peshawar Bank Account. In case the bidding process is completed after closing hours, the said amount will be transferred directly through bank transfer. | |
| The remaining amount 75% will be deposited by the bidder in the NADRA's Bank Account once confirmation is received from NADRA RHO Peshawar. | |
| The successful bidder will be responsible to borne all expenses i.e labor, carriage, weightage etc charges. | |
| For lifting of item(s)/lot(s), an approval letter issued by Procurement Section RHO Peshawar is mandatory. | |
| CDR and submitted bid amount will be confiscated if the successful bidder refused to lift the auctioned item(s)/lot(s) after auction process. | |
| If first highest bidder refused to lift the auctioned item(s)/lot(s) after auction process, then action will be taken as per Para 17 and the Auction Committee (Authorized Board) reserves the right to award the Auction item(s)/lot(s) to 2nd highest bidder or may recommend for re-tender depending upon the circumstances. | |
| If the successful bidder(s) fails to remove the stores within stipulated period, NADRA has the right to charge demurrage to the bidders @2% per day of the total bid amount. | |
| Competent Authority reserves the right to accept/reject, any/all offers as per the clause 32 of Disposal of Public Assets Regulation 2026. | |
